  • I have a full tower Intel Duo Core E8400 3.0g, EVGA Nvidia 9800GTX+, 2G RAM, Windows XP, a cheap mouse and a crappy scratched up monitor. Its about 4 years old now, I want to build a new rig this year...

My cable company charges me for a dubious 7m connection, the test says 19ping, 21.17 download and .96 upload.

    - Maya V.10 for 3D work (only 1 year experience)
    - Protools V8 (music editing & composing)
